A pimple is a type of skin disease which is the result of obstruction and / or inflammation of the pores. Acne is the leading cause of pimples, although other causes such as smallpox exist as well. Small pores are linked to oil glands under the skin. A follicle 'connects the pores of the glands. The oil substances secreted by glands carry dead cells on the surface of the skin. A thin strand of hair that grows through the follicle hooves and as a result of the buttons are beginning to emerge.
Pimples in teenage are a horrible experience every teenage female would like to forget after growing up. They are mainly a result of increased hormonal secretion in that age. As teenage folks are very self conscious, they feel agonized with acne on their face. Most of the teenage girls, due to increased acne on their face suffer from low self esteem. Their extreme consciousness about looks often result in depression. But, its better to not worry about it as solutions are available to wipe out acne from your face. And these solution lie in your own hands.
For most people, the pimples are not beyond the appearance of black and whiteheads. However, in some cases, the secretion of oil is much more, creating a perfect environment for bacteria called Propionibacterium growing. This bacteria is usually harmless but when he is the perfect environment, it can inflame the skin and cause redness associated with stains.
The truth is no one is sure what causes pimples. Scientists think a hormone called androgen plays a role. Androgen stimulates the sebum-producing glands. After puberty, boys produce 10 times as much androgen as girls. Therefore, more boys tend to develop severe cases of acne than girls, but that does not mean that some girls won't develop a servere case.
The different types of pimple/acne are as follows:
Acne Vulgaris: This is the most general form of acne. It includes different types of pimples such as blackheads, whiteheads, nodules, papules, pustules and alike. These type of pimples range from mild to moderate.
Acne Rosacea:It is often confused with Acne Vulgaris. It generally appears as a red rash. It is confined to the check, forehead, nose and chin. The redness is often associated with bumps and skin blemishes.
Acne Conglobata: It is more commonly found in males and is the severe form of acne vulgaris. Its main symptoms are large lesions and widespread blackheads.
Curing pimples or preventing them requires you to remain spot clean. If affected, washing the affected area with a cleanser, twice a day is a very useful method. But, avoid using strong soaps. You can treat mild acne with over-the-counter medicines in your home. Such medicines usually have antibacterial substance such as benzoyl peroxide. Home treatments will take a few weeks to exhibit any changes in your condition. If even after 2 months your condition does not improve, you should meet your physician.
following tips can be quite handy to treat your skin and get rid of pimples:
1) You must not scrub your face too much. It may aggravate the problem. Wash your face gently.
2) Since oily skinned teens are more likely to have pimples. Its better to use oil free cosmetics or or those which suit the oily skin.
3) Don't ever try to squeeze your pimples.
4) Reduce your stress as it would lead to hyper secretion of hormones which are the major cause of acne in adolescent girls.
5) Certain vitamin A derivatives are quite useful. Consume them.
6) Take medication with the help of skin specialists.
Medication needs to be monitored to see changes on the face. Certain medicines have harmful effects on the skin to the extent of leading to skin cancer. Herbal products are comparatively more safe
Some of herbal products that known to me are Gamat Vita Gel and Ayuderm (ayurvedic)

Causes of health problems
There is no such a thing as a single cause any health problems. We can only speak of cofactors, pathogens and life situations as pieces of the puzzle to interact with each other and thus to promote a chain of events ending with the name of a series symptoms and health problems and kidney problems.
All disorders and health problems which are multidimensional to humans, because we humans are multidimensional.
The modern medical science is virile and fancy tangible physical world. He blames too many problems on bad genes, bad virus, bad bacteria, ...
Genes are always a factor in our health, but it is the only factor that we can not do anything about. Genes represent only our potential and predisposition to encounter some problems or illness. It is our life and our way of life as a whole makes the final decision as to whether we are going to experience some problems or not. The truth is, no disease and no trouble or any health problem was caused by a single factor!
There are literally hundreds of cofactors / Hundreds of pathogens, which each have casual relationship of immunity poor, poor health, the accumulation of toxins from the body, bad thoughts, and that promotes disease !
Pregnancy: Many people have a predisposition to certain diseases, even before they were born. Fetuses can be affected by diet and lifestyle of their parents, toxins that parents were exposed to the disease and organ damage that parents experienced, and the lack of essential nutrients necessary for healthy development during of the pregnancy. Vaccines, drugs, drugs, drugs and other toxins that parents and grandparents were exposed before conception and during pregnancy can also seriously affect the fetus and the health of a newborn child.
Birth Trauma: The work process can cause injuries, which can seriously affect both baby early in life and later in life. The child is twice as likely to suffer serious damage if the work is taking longer than 13hrs.
Birth Defects: If the child is charged with a certain disorder or disease and search for pathogens and the causes of their parents. It may be: lifestyle, environment, immunization, toxins, stress and bad experiences of life, poor nutrition ....
Childhood: In the case of health problems encountered during early childhood, most of the pathogens and common causal cofactors are: birth trauma, exposure to drugs, vaccinations, toxins, the child was fed with artificial milk, intolerance or an allergy to milk of the mother, toxic environmental toxins in the air or food and water as the mother consumes.

K-link for Diabetes
Diabetes is a disease in which the body does not produce insulin or use it. Insulin is a hormone that is needed to convert sugar, starches and other food into energy needed for daily life. The cause of diabetes continues to be a mystery, although genetics and environmental factors such as obesity and lack of exercise appear to play roles.
There are 20.8 million children and adults in the United States, or 7% of the population, who have diabetes. While an estimated 14.6 million have been diagnosed with diabetes, unfortunately, 6.2 million people (nearly one-third) are unaware that they have the disease.
To determine whether a patient has diabetes or pre-diabetes, health care providers perform a fasting plasma glucose test (FPG) or an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). Either test can be used to diagnose diabetes or pre-diabetes. The American Diabetes Association recommends the FPG because it is simpler, faster and less costly to achieve.
With the test of fasting blood glucose, fasting blood glucose levels between 100 and 125 mg / dl signals pre-diabetes. A person with a level of fasting blood glucose of 126 mg / dl or higher has diabetes.
In the OGTT test, a blood sugar is measured after a fast and two hours after drinking a beverage rich in glucose. If the two-hour blood glucose level is between 140 and 199 mg / dl, the person tested has pre-diabetes. If the two-hour blood glucose level is 200 mg / dl or higher, the person tested has diabetes.
Symptoms of diabetes:
* Increased thirst
* Increased urination
* Increased appetite
* Fatigue
* Blurred vision
* Slow-healing infections
* Impotence in men
Signs and Tests
A urine analysis may be used to look for glucose and ketones from the breakdown of fat. However, a urine test alone does not diagnose diabetes. The following blood glucose tests are used to diagnose diabetes:
* Fasting blood glucose level -- diabetes is diagnosed if higher than 126 mg/dL on two occasions. Levels between 100 and 126 mg/dl are referred to as impaired fasting glucose or pre-diabetes. These levels are considered to be risk factors for type 2 diabetes and its complications.
* Random (non-fasting) blood glucose level -- diabetes is suspected if higher than 200 mg/dL and accompanied by the classic symptoms of increased thirst, urination, and fatigue. (This test must be confirmed with a fasting blood glucose test.)
* Oral glucose tolerance test -- diabetes is diagnosed if glucose level is higher than 200 mg/dL after 2 hours (This test is used more for type 2 diabetes.)

Ayurvedic approach to cancer
The number of people dying from cancer continues to grow despite more than 30 years of intensive research, hundreds of billions of dollars, and the immense energy and care for millions of people who are working to defeat it.
The experience of cancer is the one that triggers fear deep. It seems mysterious, difficult to define, and formidable in it's cure.
The effectiveness of the ordinary treatment is shown very limited. Cutting the cells out does not usually solve the problem unless the cancer is small, confined, and possibly not aggressive to start with. Burning the cells with radiation is known to cause other cells to become cancerous in the process. Poisoning the cells with chemotherapy kills not just the cancer, but also the healthy cells, and often the patient.
Currently, oncologists are able to describe a number of factors that are correlated with a higher risk of cancer. Many industrial chemicals and household goods, most artificial foods and food additives, and various pollutants are known carcinogens. These are all certainly widespread and pervasive. For example, aspartame, the artificial sweetener principal in the diet sodas and candy is known to contribute to leukemia, among other health problems.
Unfortunately, even if these factors were found, the standard treatment is still highly concentrated on the destruction of the tumor rather than improving the health of individuals of nutrition and the environment.
While we understand that cancer is the natural result of a lack of physical, psychological and spiritual nourishment, our treatment focus will move from destruction to love.
The taste of love is the sweetness. Ayurveda describes the sweetness taste predominant in nutritious foods. Unfortunately, a large number of modern basic products that are not nutritious sweet taste and even toxic. Processed foods are the first thing to get rid of because of their inherent toxicity and lack of food. In fact, the treatment of refined sugar and carbohydrates are the preferred fuel of cancer cells.
Non-organic foods should also be avoided because of their low nutrient content and the presence of pesticides.
The largest food to provide the sweetness we seek is fat. In Ayurveda, the fat is called sneha, which is a synonym for love. The best sources are raw butter, coconut oil, pastures and fat of animals fed. Important additional grease includes high vitamin butter oil and cod liver oil (rich in vitamins A and D).
Avoid excessive oil consumption of omega 6s like corn, rapeseed, soybean, safflower and. (See article Omega 3:6 balance for details)
Otherwise, the emphasis should be on regular meals consisting of the entire food from animal and vegetable sources, following the guidelines for healthy digestion. The lacto-fermented foods are important (see sauerkraut) due to their high content enzyme that helps digest a protective layer that create cancer cells.
In general, I recommend the following nutrition guidelines set forth in Nourishing Traditions. These guidelines are based on healthy eating primitive peoples who have an excellent health and are free of cancer.
The most interesting herbs for the treatment of cancer is the mistletoe, commonly given by subcutaneous injection. It was first proposed for the treatment of cancer in 1920 by Rudolph Steiner, who founded the Society for Research on Cancer.
It is fascinating because it is so similar to himself cancer: a factory parisitic made semi-primitive cells that grow in all directions, without any regard for daily or seasonal cycles of growth. Mistletoe has been proven effective to selectively kill cancer cells while standardizing the immune response.
Based on the dominance of the Ayurvedic doshas and the type of cancer, herbs will be indicated:
* Vata/Colorectal Cancer/Tumors: Ashwagandha and other tonic herbs, especially prepared as a medicated ghee
* Pitta/Skin Cancer: Bitter herbs that purify the blood and the liver, such as manjishta.
* Kapha/Tumors/Lymphoma: Purifying herbs, such as the Ayurvedic formula triphala and guggul

Reiki Distance Healing
During the healing or energy Reiki is sent at a different time or location, it is called distance Reiki. The remote healing can be sent to you, someone you love, relationships, situations and events. It may be sent anywhere in the world and at any time - there is no time or space restrictions. Time or geographical distance between Reiki practitioner and the Reiki healing session recipient has no effect on the quality of healing.
All Reiki practitioners of Reiki say supports the beneficiaries at all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Reiki distance, you can benefit in many circumstances. The benefits of Reiki at a distance and in person Reiki treatment are basically identical. Although treatment from a distance has the advantage of being sent to remote locations and situations where Reiki practitioners could not or should not be physically present, as a hearing. Reiki distance, as well as works in person healing treatment, and you can receive it in the comfort of your own home, or wherever you want.
Ideally, you gave your Master Reiki is a recent photo, your name and your physical location in advance. It's good if you can meditate while receiving Reiki distance. You can lay on a bed or sit quietly. I often give customers a confirmation of recovery. However, neither meditation, mantras are prerequisites for Reiki to succeed. You can do without.
If you can not meditate on the agreed date, just go about your life while Reiki healing is sent to you. As the Reiki makes you relaxed, even though customers are advised not to drive or work with machines during treatment. The distant healing treatment happen, no matter what you do, and you will receive its benefits.
Just give permission and be open to receiving the healing distance for the healing to work. You do not even need to believe in Reiki for this to work.
During the treatment, you may be aware of reiki energy in your body. Ideas for your recovery may come to mind. You may feel heat, cold or Tingling. Or, you may have visual experiences during your session distant healing. All natural. If you feel anything, or if I fell asleep, it does not mean that the treatment did not win. Instead, if there is a feeling that something may mean that the healing energy works on some issues other than physical, namely the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, or as directed by your soul.

Herpes
Herpes zoster is an acute, localized infection with varicella-zoster virus, which causes a painful, blistering rash.

Herpes zoster, or shingles, is caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox. After an episode of chickenpox, the virus becomes dormant in the body. Herpes zoster occurs as a result of the virus re-emerging after many years.
The cause of the re-activation is usually unknown, but seems to be linked to aging, stress, or an impaired immune system. Often only one attack occurs, without recurrence.
If an adult or child is exposed to the herpes zoster virus and has not had chickenpox as a child or received the chickenpox vaccine, a severe case of chickenpox may develop, rather than shingles.
After infection with chickenpox, the virus resides in a non-active state in the nerve tracts that emerge from the spine. When it is re-activated, it spreads along the nerve tract, first causing pain or a burning sensation.
The typical rash appears in 2 to 3 days, after the virus has reached the skin. It consists of red patches of skin with small blisters (vesicles) that look very similar to early chickenpox. The rash often increases over the next 3 to 5 days. Then, the blisters break, forming small ulcers that begin to dry and form crusts. The crusts fall off in 2 to 3 weeks, leaving behind pink healing skin.
Lesions typically appear along a single dermatome (the body area served by a single spinal nerve) and are only on one side of the body (unilateral). The trunk is most often affected, showing a rectangular belt of rash from the spine around one side of the chest to the breastbone (sternum).
Lesions may also occur on the neck or face, particularly along the trigeminal nerve in the face. The trigeminal has three branches that go to the forehead, the mid-face, and the lower face. Which branch is involved determines where on the face the skin lesions will be.
Trigeminal nerve involvement may include lesions in the mouth or eye. Eye lesions may lead to permanent blindness if not treated with emergency medical care.
Involvement of the facial nerve may cause Ramsay Hunt syndrome with facial paralysis, hearing loss, loss of taste in half of the tongue and skin lesions around the ear and ear canal. Shingles may, on occasion, involve the genitals or upper leg.
Shingles may be complicated by a condition known as post-herpetic neuralgia. This is persistence of pain in the area where the shingles occurred that may last from months to years following the initial episode. This pain can be severe enough to be incapacitating. The elderly are at higher risk for this complication.
Herpes zoster can be contagious through direct contact in an individual who has not had chickenpox, and therefore has no immunity. Herpes zoster may affect any age group, but it is much more common in adults over 60 years old, in children who had chickenpox before the age of one year, and in individuals whose immune system is weakened. The disorder is common, with about 600,000 to one million cases in the U.S. per year.
Most commonly, an outbreak of shingles is localized and involves only one dermatome. Widespread or recurrent shingles may indicate an underlying problem with the immune system such as leukemia, Hodgkin's disease and other cancers, atopic dermatitis, HIV infection, or AIDS. People with suppressed immune systems due to organ transplant or treatment for cancer are also at risk.
